Our cattle grow at a slower, more natural pace than conventional grain-fed cattle.
We believe that you can taste the difference in the beef products that we produce.
Our History

The farm has been worked by the Kee family for 3 generations and is currently managed by Roslyn and Richard. Since 2020, Roslyn has been based full-time on the farm. Her brother, Richard, works full-time but helps out whenever he can.
Growing up on the farm, Roslyn always had an interest in nature and farming. However, she studied Civil Engineering at university and subsequently spent 7 years working as an engineer. When she was awarded a work visa for Canada in 2006, she resigned from engineering and spent a year working on 12 different organic farms in the provinces of Alberta and British Columbia, Western Canada.
After her time in Canada, Roslyn returned to the family dairy farm and started milking cows with her Dad. She also helped out with some tractor work (and paperwork) and started growing organic vegetables, rearing outdoor Saddleback pigs… and trying to be an artist (which is another story!).
She later achieved Distinction in a foundation degree in Organic Horticulture and shortly after spent 5 years volunteering in rural Uganda teaching farmers and school children how to grow food crops using what they already had in their hands. She became an accredited ‘Farming God’s Way’ trainer in Uganda in 2019.
Since returning to the family farm in Northern Ireland in 2020, Roslyn has focused on producing healthy beef for direct sale locally while enhancing the environment and increasing biodiversity on the farm.
